Voicewize is currently seeking a per diem or part-time speech-language pathologist for primarily afternoon hours. The ideal candidate would be a dedicated generalist, who has interest in developing skills in voice evaluation and treatment.

We are a voice-specialized practice, but also have the need for a flexible therapist, who is interested in treating pediatric speech-language disorders, adult neurologist disorders, LSVT and accent modification. We have 3 offices, Dedham, Brockton and Chelmsford. The current position would require the candidate to be flexible in terms of working at different offices depending upon need. We will need the new therapist to be competent in performing laryngeal videostroboscopy, previous experience in this regard is a plus.

Our practice has a singing training arm, with a focus on teaching contemporary commercial music. Previous singing experience and/or qualifications as a singing teacher are also a plus.

Future planning for our practice in general includes the development of educational programming and workshops as well as technology-based solutions for voice and speech training and intervention. In order to enjoy the greatest possibility for growth within our practice, the applicant should possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to organize written and visual content within a computerized environment and be comfortable learning to interact with a variety of computer interfaces.
